Via het westerwolde Nieuwsbulletin vernamen wij van de heer Roel Toering dat er wederom een formatie is ontstaan in een grasveld, gelegen op ca. 50 meter van de eerder ontstane "schorpioen" formatie. Wij danken de heer Toering voor zijn informatie, en het feit dat we zijn foto's van deze formatie mochten publiceren.
Hoewel een graancirkelonderzoeker ( geen DCW medewerker) zich eerder uitsprak dat er dit jaar geen formaties in Stadskanaal zouden verschijnen, is er echter toch een formatie op het veld van boer Adams ontstaan. De formatie bestaat uit een drietal cirkels varierend van ca. 1.30 tot 1.50 meter.
De DCW spreekt zich in principe niet uit over de echtheid van formaties, voordat het nodige veldwerk en wetenschappeke rapportages gedaan zijn, maar hebben we wel de nodige twijfels bij de schorpioen, evenals bij deze nieuwe formatie. Om die reden heeft geen van onze medewerkers de formatie bezocht.

By means of the "Westerwolde Newsletter" we came to know from mr Roel Toering there appeared a new cropcircle in a grassfield, laying on about 50 metres distance of the earlier formed "Scorpio" formation. We thank mr. Toering for his allowance to publish his photographs.
Some cropcircle researcher (No DCW member) proclaimed earlier, Stadskanaal should not be host for a formation anymore this year, however, the fields of farmer Adams received a new one after all. The formations count 3 circles. Their sizes are from about 1.3 metres until 1.5 metres.
In principal, the DCW doesn't talk about real formations or not, before fieldork and scientific reports are available, in this scorpio case and those grass circles we have our serious doubts. For that reason, the formation wasn't visited by one of the DCW members.
Because of trying to be complete, we publish the pictures anyway.
