Ridderkerk 1/2 Juli (N.L.)

'Een veld zomertarwe in Ridderkerk is geplaagd door magnetische velden,
buitenaardse wezens of grappenmakers'. Dit meldt de Ridderkerkse krant "De
Combinatie" op 6 juli 2000 in een artikeltje met een tweetal foto's waarop de
graancirkels zijn te zien met op de achtergrond een hoogspanningsmast. Op
het land van boer Plaisier aan de Oostmolendijk werd het afgelopen weekend
een graancirkel met een diameter van ong. 20 meter ontdekt. Al het graan
in dit ovale ei is plat tegen de grond geslagen maar dan wel keurig met de
klok meegedraaid. de agrariër die voor het eest met het fenomeen is
geconfronteerd heeft er geen verklaring voor. Omdat er nergens sporen zijn
van verschroeiing wordt blikseminslag uitgesloten. De hoog boven het
land getrokken elektriciteit kabels worden ook niet als bron gezien. 'Dan
had het toch in eerder jaren ook mogen gebeuren' vindt Plaisier , maar als
dit mensenwerk is, hebben ze dit in elk geval knap gedaan. Met een stok en
een touw kun je heel gemakkelijk een ronde cirkel maken , maar ook deze
ovale vorm klopt helemaal. Bovendien heb ik nergens een spoortje kunnen
ontdekken van de manier waarop ze midden op het veld moeten zijn gekomen'.

A field of summer wheat in Ridderkerk is teased with magnetic fields, extra teresials or jokers. This message was to be found in the Ridderkerk's paper: "De Combinatie" on July 6 th in a small article with two pictures on wich the cropcircles are to be seen, with in the background a high voltage pole. On the field of farmer Plaisier at the Oostmolendijk , last weekend a cropcircle was discovered, wih a diameter of about 20 metres. All the wheat in this oval egg, was hidden flat to the ground, but in a very nice way, clockwise around. The farmer, who was for the first time confrontated with the phenomenon, doesn't have an explanation for it. Because there are nowhere traces of scorches , so thunderstorm lightening is excluded. The high above the field beeing high voltage lines are also not seen as the reason for the cropcicle. "Than it should have occured in earlier years to", according to Plaisier, but if its human's work, they did it very well. With a stick and a rope one can make a round circle easily, but this oval form, is exactly. And I couldn't find a trace anywhere, of the way someone entered the middle of the field.
